Orders & Purchasing
Q: How do I place an order? Simply browse our website, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, once processing or shipment has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately at support@pawnesta.com if you need to make changes.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order? Yes. Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Q: Can I place an order as a guest without creating an account? Yes. You can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your information for faster checkout in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States. No additional shipping charges are applied during standard checkout unless otherwise stated.
Q: What carriers do you use? We ship through trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Q: How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after your shipment confirmation.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or delayed? If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@pawnesta.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Q: How do I start a return? Contact our support team at support@pawnesta.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? No. Pawnesta provides prepaid return shipping labels for all approved returns. No restocking fees apply.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund? Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong item? Please contact us immediately at support@pawnesta.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Q: Can I exchange an item? Yes. We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team with your order details and preferred replacement item.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Q: Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards. We do not store your full card details.

Q: When will I be charged for my order? Payment is collected at the time of checkout when your order is placed.
