Processing operations take place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM PST Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Pawnesta proudly offers Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.

Shipping Fees
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.
No additional shipping charges are applied during standard checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, Pawnesta ships exclusively within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment confirmation.
Shipping Responsibility
An order is considered fulfilled once it has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued.
While Pawnesta is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather disruptions, or unforeseen transportation issues, we will always do our best to assist customers with delivery-related concerns.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Pawnesta is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, once processing or shipment has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Split Shipments
