Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include original packaging whenever possible
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label if the return is approved.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Pawnesta provides prepaid return shipping labels for approved returns.
- Customers are not charged return shipping fees
- No restocking fees apply
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@pawnesta.com.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:
- Replacement product
- Full refund
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and preferred replacement item.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
